Q – Can I bring my dog with me to the Shipwreck Treasure Museum?

Please note: During the Tunnel of Lights event, between 23rd October and 9th January, due to the unique nature of the event, only assistance dogs will be allowed into the museum.

Q – How long does it take to explore the Shipwreck Treasure Museum?

We find most of our visitors spend 45 minutes exploring the Shipwreck Treasure Museum.

Q – Is there any onsite parking at the Shipwreck Treasure Museum?

Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking, but we’re located a short distance away from the main Charlestown carpark.

Q – Do I need to book in advance of visiting the Shipwreck Treasure Museum?

To ensure that the flow of visitors through the museum is kept at a safe level to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit, all tickets must be purchased online in advance of your visit.

All tickets are only valid for the entry time shown on the booking.
